Reg Wilson
When hay is your livelihood you can't afford to lose any time getting it off the field before the rain gets it. This is something Reg's three-man operation knows only too well.
The Reman Bale Stacker frees up one man and saves Reg one day.
Before owning a Reman Bale Stacker his operation's biggest problem was getting the bales off the field. Reg said it used to take up to 24 hours to get the bales off the field, now with the Bale Stacker "Baled, In, Done", "I am able to get fields baled and stacked in the same day."
When asked if the Reman Bale Stacker was easy to learn to use Reg replied "It took me about 10 minutes to learn", "it's well made, easily maintained and can be switched between tractors simply"
Reg's final comment "The Reman Bale Stacker works slick and easy and has been a real blessing and I wouldn't be afraid to recommend it to anyone."
Reg Wilson runs a cash crop haying operation. He makes mainly 6-foot bales using a New Holland 590.
Rod Maclaren
Rod said, "At 10 acres/hour the Bale Stacker was able to keep up to the baler, stacking in the field". The customer service of Reman Sales and Service is another aspect that Rod describes as "Excellent, they are readily available to answer questions and/or concerns".
Timing is always critical when it comes to baling. With only 1 or 2 days of consecutive sunshine, time was even more crucial this past baling season in Ontario. Rod Maclaren said "getting it off the field saved a lot of hay". With 2500 bales to move and a limited amount of time and manpower the Reman Bale Stacker was the answer. Using the Bale Stacker freed two men from handling the bales. Easily connected to one of his existing tractors the Reman Bale Stacker was the only choice that made sense to Rod "when you have to get it off the field, there's nothing else to do it."
Rod Maclaren runs a Beef Cattle/Cash Crop operation. He bales mainly 8-foot bales with an
International 8575. He uses the Reman Bale Stacker to stack hay for his own operation and
forage to sell. Rod also does some custom baling.

Mark Lass
Prior to being a customer of a custom baler that uses a Reman Bale Stacker, Mark used mainly round
bales on his operation. He made the decision to switch because squares take up less room, stack well
and the terrain in his fields made round baling a challenge. Time had to be wasted to place the bales
so they wouldn't roll away. Square bales are not without their faults. "If they get rained on they
are no good" stated Mark. So getting them off the field as quick as possible is important.
So how has the Reman Bale Stacker affected baling on Mark's farm in the three years he has been
a customer? "It saves a pile of time," said Mark. "As fast as the baler makes them he can pick them up,
and stack them right where I need them." "Using the Reman Bale Stacker saves me hours of time spent in
the field picking up bales with a loader and wagon".
When asked how the Reman Bale Stacker handled the varying conditions of his fields Mark said "Rolling,
hilly even triangle, the Reman Bale Stacker adapts to all my fields no problem at all."
Mark Lass runs a Dairy operation and is a custom baling customer.
